Looking through the eyes of a toy and living the life of one is something almost impossible. The animated film, Toy Story 3, lets viewers experience the life and the difficulties a toy goes through, when they come to life in the absence of humans.

The very first Toy Story came out Nov. 22, 1995. This animated movie begins at Andy Davis’s house where the main character, Woody, battles with the newly arrived toy, Buzz Lightyear, for the role of favorite toy.

The sequel Toy Story 2 brings a different story. Woody is stolen by a crazed Woody collector. Woody fights hard to get back to Andy’s house but the new characters, cowgirl Jessie, a farmer and a horse, convince him that the famous life they are about to live cannot be thrown away and Woody stays with them. Friends back home take a dangerous adventure out of Andy’s house in search of Woody.

In the final movie of the series, director Lee Unkrich provides us with a bigger variety of characters and plot. In this action packed (as a toy’s life can get) adventure, Woody and his friends are accidentally donated to Sunnyside Daycare. The toys do not think it is such a bad thing but soon they figure out that Andy, their owner, is desperately looking for his childhood toys to take to college. Woody and his friends set out on the biggest adventure of all and make an attempt to get back before Andy leaves. It sounds like an easy task but the villains are ready to sabotage their plan.

Toy Story 3 introduces viewers to many characters varying is size, type and language. There is Lotso, a pink strawberry-scented teddy bear and leader of the Sunnyside Daycare toys, Totoro who is a Japanese toy and the smooth talking villain Ken. The movie features voices of strong actors like Tom Hanks as Woody, Tim Allen playing the part of Buzz, Joan Cusak as Jessie and John Morris as toy owner Andy Davis among many others.

Toy Story 3 is also following the popular demand and is coming out in 3-D and IMAX 3-D on June 18. Produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures, viewers can witness the much sought after ending of the Toy Story series. Toy Story 3 will let many know that life as a toy is not so easy after all.
